Most popular shingle, 1 in 4 homes are protected by GAF. GAF is the leading roofing manufacturer in North America, with plants strategically located across the U.S. As a standard industries company, GAF is part of the largest roofing and waterproofing business in the world.
We offer what we like to call their good, better, and best. The first option is Natural Shadow. It is our "good" and cheapest option, this roof lasts about 30 years. Second option is our "better" option, HDZ lasts about 40 years and is great for high wind areas, as it is wind resistant. Our last option is our "best" option which is Grand Sequoia, it is our designer end roof and provides a 50-Year workmanship warranty.
MALARKEY
Malarkey started in Oregon over 65 years ago. Their guiding principle is to build the shingles they want on their own homes - it is made better to last longer, and with less environmental impact. Malarkey shingles are engineered with extra adhesive bonds for added protection against wind, rain, and delamination, and a larger nailing area to improve installation speed, ease, and accuracy.
Their warranty offers standard, enhanced, and extended warranty options via Malarkey Certified Contractors.. Up to 15 year non-prorated period for standard warranty, 50 years with Emerald Premium warranty. Lastly, Up to 130 mph enhanced wind warranty.
